Hello to Montana

Unfortunately the sky was a bit overcast but this is Flathead Lake, which is huge. The YWAM base I will be living at this year is few blocks away from the lake on it's Northwestern shores. The mountains in the distance are the gates into Glacier National Park... which I haven't had the chance to explore yet but will soon.

This is my dad, Chuck, who drove up with me from California. This is Coer DeLane Lake in Idaho, a beautiful area that we drove through and got some pictures of. It was fun having my father drive with me and get to see so much new country with him.

The country was often times wide and bare grain fields but mixed with some beautiful rivers along the way.

This Montana is something wonderful, quite different from good old North Carolina but so beautiful and wild and free. I have been enjoying my time here at the base and will get some pictures and tell about it here soon. The people here are all just as excited as I am about the school and the facilities here are pretty awesome... just pray that the showers have hot water all year.
