Home for the Holidays
I wanted to share some of what I have been doing over the Christmas season so here are some pictures. This is my sweet little 10 year old step sister Anita and I ice skating. There is a rink they set up every year in downtown Sacramento so we went one day. I have been enjoying my family here... making puzzles and playing games and, of course, doing a lot of shopping.
This is my best friend Rob Watson. He and his lovely wife Erin moved just north of the Bay area at the end of this last summer so they are less than 2 hours away from Sacramento now. I went for a few days last week to spend some time with them at their little house in the city of Novato. It was a real blessing to get to see him... I miss my best buddy seeing how I have been nowhere near him for the last few years. We ate some good Mexican and spent some quality time together making cookies and playing video games.
This is Anita and my other step-sister Jenny ice skating. Jenny is going to a prestigious women's university in Boston because she is super brilliant. She doesn't get much time to come home either so it is always neat to see here spend time with Anita... I just happened to be lucky enough to tag along on their fun.
I hate to boast but I am a pretty good ice skater. It was just fun to be up and active... not to mention I got to rock my new green sweater that I just got... green is my favorite color.
